Beaches Turks & Caicos gives Care Packages and partial pay ahead of closure due to COVID-19 crisis
#Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands – March 28, 2020 — On Friday, March 27 Beaches Resort Villages & Spa donated care packages to over 1,800 team members. The resort, last weekend announced that due to the public health crisis caused by the COVID-19, Beaches Turks and Caicos would close along with its 20 other resort properties in the Caribbean.

“The best companies in the world are the ones that take care of the team members. We want to ensure that during this challenge, our resort team members do not go home empty-handed. In addition to retaining benefits, fully paid vacation and portion of their salaries, our resort team members will also receive a care package (much like this one). This is a tough time but we’re in it together. Thank you Team! Sandals will be back better than ever,” said Adam Stewart, Deputy Chairman of Sandals Resorts International on his Instagram.
