#Providenciales, June 22, 2018 – Turks and Caicos – Prestigious Properties has made a move that will take the near 40 year old indigenous real estate firm to the global marketplace, with a world leader out of Germany, Engel and Völkers… the transition happened this past Friday and CEO, Washington Misick explained how this enhances his firm and by extension increases exposure for the Turks and Caicos Island.

“This company is the largest and oldest organized real-estate brokers in Europe, they’re in thirty-five countries, ten thousand advisors and over eight hundred shops, and they are now expanding rapidly across the United States and in South America as well.” – C. Washington Misick – CEO – Engel & Völkers Turks and Caicos

Prestigious Properties is a leading realtor in the TCI, no doubt and Chuck Misick was busy making sure the branding reflected the change, which will be significant… gone are the yellow and blue signature signs of once Prestigious Properties… now in with the crisp white and sophisticated black and splash of red of European Engel & Völkers …

“This Friday, June 15 we will become Engel & Völkers, we will be operating as Engel & Völkers, Turks and Caicos.” – Chuck Misick – Realtor – Engel & Völkers Turks and Caicos

It is significant for the TCI to have cinched such a powerful partner in real estate… Engel & Völkers has been steadily expanding its presence in the Caribbean, recently setting up office in nearby Bahamas.  CEO of Engel & Völkers Tuirks and Caicos said it is different… the name too, where that V is not said like a V at all… but a fancy F… for Völkers and the varied listing of fine homes and properties.

“Our customers are all over the world.  We have domestic customers as well, but we also have customers all over the world, so this puts us where our customers are.” – C. Washington Misick – CEO – Engel & Völkers Turks and Caicos

The new website is launched, its.. turksandcaicos.evfinehomes.com
