#GrandTurk, Turks and Caicos – October 12, 2017 – The Environmental Impact Assessment for Desarrollos Hotelco TCI Development Ltd PR. 12462 (Ritz Carlton Hotel Development) has been finalized and is available online for review at https://www.gov.tc/pressoffice/927-ritz-carlton-resort-eia-final-report.
Physical copies are also available at the Department of Planning offices in Providenciales and Grand Turk for review.
The Environmental Impact Assessment was submitted in accordance with condition 25 of the Outline Development Permission PR. 12462 for the Ritz Carton Hotel Development granted on August 15, 2016.
Comments can be sent to the Department of Planning at planningconsultation@gov.tc or to the Department of Planning, Emily House, Leeward Highway, Providenciales or at South Base, Grand Turk within twenty-eight days of the date of this publication.
A public consultation meeting will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at the Gustarvus Lightbourne Auditorium, Providenciales at 5:30 p.m.
