Police move to charge man for weekend traffic fatality
The accident required that the jaws-of-life be used to get victims out of the badly wrecked cars; it happened around 5pm Saturday near Automotive Arts on Leeward Highway.
Amazingly, the 37 year old driver, now arrested, is said to have careened over the median, crashing into two east bound vehicles.
The most damaged of the two cars had its roof caved in by the force of the collision. Baptiste died around 7:45pm that night from severe head and neck injuries.
