Providenciales, 01 Mar 2016 – A landmark law was passed in the House of Assembly late Monday and it means there are now clear laws governing food quality, food service, health care drugs, beauty supplies and even the advertisement and manufacturing of these items.
Health Minister, Premier Hon Rufus Ewing thanked his Environmental Health Department team for the draft Food & Drug Bill, which saw some minor changes and had some significant queries before being passed around 9pm.
