Providenciales, 02 Mar 2016 – Returning home tonight, after winning the Miss Congeniality prize is our own Miss Teen TCI Amber Hall. Hall made it to the semi-final round, did well in evening gown and earned a title at the pageant which was set in Costa Rica.
Amber, and the Miss Teen TCI chaperons return home tonight… she will be welcomed at the Provo International Airport at 8pm.
