Providenciales, 02 Feb 2016 – There was a lot of anticipation this morning in the court when the SIPT proceedings resumed; but the let down was big for the defendants who seemed to expect some win in their mistrial motion.
Justice Paul Harrison dismissed it; court resumed at 2pm with the opening statements by SIPT continuing with Andrew Mitchell, QC.
