Providenciales, 13 Jan 2016 – Wilber Caley is the new Deputy Director of the Road Safety Department. Caley is no stranger to working within TCIG as he served 10 years with the Customs Department from 1983-1994.
Mr. Caley spent the last 20 years of his professional life in the insurance industry; he is a former Managing Director of British Atlantic Financial Services which in December 2014 was liquidated.
As the Deputy Director, he will be directly responsible for the daily oversight of the Providenciales office and will oversee and advise on policy and strategy to ensure the effective delivery of the enforcement of the Road Safety Code.
Caley said: “I am thankful for the opportunity to be a part of the TCI Civil service and to work in the Road Safety Department. My aim is to insure that the TCI motoring public and in particular the motoring public in Providenciales and North Caicos is given the service they deserve in an environment of fairness and transparency.”
