Providenciales, 24 Nov 2015 – The TCI Telecommunications Commission is marking ten years this 2015 and during last week’s commemorative events, there was a cocktail reception at Kalooki’s, an interactive workshop with high schools and a workshop where stakeholders in the marketplace spoke about over the top services like ‘WhatsApp’ and how these are slicing into profitability.
