Providenciales, 16 Nov 2015 – The National Tourism Symposium opens tomorrow at Beaches Resort Villages and Spa and the main feature will be that KPMG Report on the future of tourism. Magnetic Media spoke to Tourist Board Director, Ralph Higgs who gave a preview on what attendees can expect on Tuesday.
“What kinds of things will we see coming out of that report by KPMG you think; I think it’s gonna talk about funding of the sector, it’s gonna talk about the multi-island destination or multi-island nature of our product… in time with exposure and promotions you will see things happening in the sister islands and the whole KPMG strategy is to help us to chart the course to explore the opportunities…”
The nation, along with other Caribbean countries is celebrating Tourism month. The theme is ‘Tourism is Key, it starts with me.’
