Providenciales, 17 Nov 2015 – From the Supreme Court, a decision by Chief Justice Margaret Ramsay Hale puts a stop to the construction of a 12 story development on Grace Bay.

The Venetian and Tuscany condotel owners filed a complaint that the process to approve the building was not thoroughly consultative and that the legal method to change zoning was not strictly followed by Government.

The twin property won against the Governor, the Minister of Housing and Infrastructure and the Director of Planning; they were ordered to pay all legal costs.
