Providenciales, 17 Sept 2015 – Tropical Depression number nine is formed in the Atlantic Basin, but the current trajectory does not place it near any land mass, thankfully.

There is some heavy shower activity with a strong chance it will be strengthened moving closer to the islands of the region. The National Hurricane Center says that area of disturbed weather will grow to a Tropical Depression in a matter of days and it is conducive to become stronger after that.

The third system under watch is in the eastern Gulf of Mexico. The Florida peninsula is currently being impacted by this large area of cloudiness, showers and thunderstorms and the system will continue to affect parts of Florida into the weekend.
