Providenciales, 07 Sept 2015 – Daniel Carriere is the new Chief Executive Officer of the Turks and Caicos Islands Hospital. He will officially take up his position on 14th September 2015.
Carriere has a strong background in the managing of hospitals. He previously held the CEO position at the Southlake Regional Health Centre in Newmarket, Canada. Carriere says, his role as one of the many leaders in the TCI health care system will be one of innovation and facilitation, creating an inclusive and empowered environment where people will be given the necessary tools to improve and excel in ultimately making people’s lives better”. Carriere believes that improvements in patient care cannot be delivered or promised through complacency.
He will be working closely with government assisting them in meeting the challenging mandate of affordable and comprehensive health care for the TCI inhabitants and visitors.
