Providenciales, 02 Sept 2015 – The new uniform for the Long Bay High school may be smart looking but some are questioning whether or not the very formal attire is practical for the TCI and its often sizzling temperatures.
Magnetic Media has been shown the uniform, which is to be donned by first formers’ who will start up at Clement Howell High and then be transferred to their own institution once phase one is completed at the new government school in the Long Bay area.
The diagram illustrates that the school will indeed have a crest. The uniform is preppy looking – complete with a sport jacket, short sleeved white shirt; the jacket and pants for the boys will be slate grey and it will all be complimented by a bright yellow tie; these features have prompted concerns which we have directed to the Ministry of Education for comment.
