Providenciales, 02 Sept 2015 – There will be more challenges to the December 2015 Special Investigation and Prosecution Team trials involving ex-government ministers when the Court of Appeal convenes next week.

From a case where Justice Paul Harrison’s refusal to recuse himself from the trials; to questions on the age of Justice Harrison as he presides over the cases, to the view that trial without jury is just plain wrong in the eyes of these defendants; there is expected to be stern appeals as the group steadfastly stands its ground.

If this step is unsuccessful, the Misick defense team reportedly plans to go directly to the UK High Court.
