Providenciales, 30 Jul 2015 – Twenty six year old Daniel Been, the uncle of that four year old little boy killed on Sunday when it is believed a gun went off while the child was playing with it, is in Her Majesty’s Prison.
Adding to the tragedy of the loss of little CJ Williams, now the family is coping with the fact that Been has been slammed with two charges by the Police for carrying a firearm and keeping ammunition relating to the fatal shooting of the child.
Been was taken before Magistrate Clifton Warner yesterday and has been remanded until September 4.
While it is widely believed the child died by self-inflicted gunshot wound, police say they are still investigating this incident.
