Providenciales, 02 Jul 2015 – SIPT did not get it done and Gordon Kerr and Timothy O’Sullivan are NOT GUILTY in the first official trial of Helen Garlick’s team.
Staff of both law firms were heard and seen cheering outside of the Provo Supreme Court for their managing partners who are now exonerated of all three charges levelled where the duo was accused of cheating the Govt of $1. 5 million in stamp duty in the sale of Emerald Cay.
A seven member jury decided that the SIPT did not prove its case.
The two prominent TCI attorneys will next appear in court tomorrow to make a claim to be reimbursed for legal expenses.
