Providenciales, 17 Jun 2015 – The second named storm for the Atlantic Hurricane Season, Bill has dissipated over central Texas in the US and is now called ‘post-tropical’ by the Natl Hurricane Center. Bill continues to dump rain and bring winds as he moves north; the remnants also still pose a threat of storm surges and brief tornadoes. Elsewhere in the tropics, it is quiet.
