Providenciales, 02 Jun 2015 – Dr. Darren Hall of the recently opened Family Care Medical Services on Leeward Highway just won himself a scholarship to pursue a Master’s Degree in Health Care Management. The announcement came from the Ministry of Education, which said this was a big deal for the Turks and Caicos as much as it is for Dr. Hall. “The Commonwealth awarded over 387 scholarships across the nations, we are even more proud because this was the first year in many that a Turks and Caicos Islander was successful in winning an award.
We wish Dr. Hall all the best as he takes up his studies in the upcoming year and the further contribution he will make to the development of health care, on his return;” the words of Minister and Deputy Premier, Akierra Missick. The Ministry reminds that Commonwealth Scholarship applications are advertised between August and December for study in areas like: Education, Health, Economic Growth and the Private Sector, Governance and Conflict, Climate and Environment, Water and Sanitation, Food and Nutrition, Humanitarian Disasters and Emergencies.” Congratulations again to Dr. Darren Hall.
