Providenciales, 08 May 2015 – In a first of its kind move, new developers Avalon Partners who is responsible for the Cooper Jack 50-acre ocean front mixed-use hotel project has teamed up with Prestigious Properties for a real estate auction this June. The duo is calling the move an ‘uber-luxury Caribbean real estate auction’ and gives opportunity to investors to come on board with the project.
“There has never before been a super-luxury, multi-destination real estate auction held in the Caribbean” according to Grace Lappin, Avalon’s Managing Director and agent with Prestigious. Lappin adds that: “commercial developers and investors have an unprecedented opportunity here.” The team believes the property will sell quickly. The recent accolade of Providenciales being named Number one Island Destination in the World by Trip Advisor is viewed as a plus to this action which is set to be launched June 18, 2015.
