Providenciales, 06 May 2015 – If you experienced some hiccups last week as you tried to use your mobile devices on the LIME Network, well we have been informed it may have been because there was a merging of services. LIME and Islandcom are now one, and customers are now being told to pay their bills at LIME offices in Provo and Grand Turk. The announcement is no surprise and follows the acquisition of Islandcom by LIME, which admitted it was interested in the assets of the third mobile player in the market, with special interest in the LTE license. Many once employed at Islandcom have informed that they are now without a job since the buy-out; there is no official word on how many of the Islandcom staff has been taken on by LIME.
