Providenciales, 02 Apr 2015 – A truck set on fire at his home, another found abandoned and confiscated by the Police Department, a report of a gun incident at a house in Grand Turk, lots of contradictory information after police interviews were conducted in both Provo and Grand Turk and no suspects, no idea on where in the world 25-year old Kevino Smith could be. Police today briefing media in a first face to face press conference nearly one month after Smith was reported for an alleged gun incident in Grand Turk at a residence and nearly one month after his family reported him missing without a trace.

Police were not willing to divulge information on the allegations of Smith wielding a gun at a home in the Capital as that matter is still under investigation… but were more intent on appealing to the public, yet again for help in finding the man who went missing on March 4th. The searches for Kevino Smith are categorized by Police as ‘intensive’ and media was advised that the case is still open. The family of Kevino was invited to the media debriefing; they however did not show. The Police Force has been criticized by some for their handling of this case; many charged that action was too slow.
