Providenciales, 31 Mar 2015 – April is also Autism Awareness Month and April 2nd is World Autism Awareness Day. The local HOPE Foundation announced that every Friday in the month is T-shirt day; and that there is tremendous support from Corporate TCI. Banks, grocery stores, and others will be donning the 2015 shirts which sport a huge ‘Superman’ logo in support of children overcoming the struggles of Autism. You can join in the weekly commemoration with your own T-shirt. President of HOPE, Maxcia Rigby told Magnetic Media that shirts, caps, wrist bands, pins and key chains will be on sale every Saturday at IGA grocery store. Autism can hinder communication and learning abilities in children; it is most prevalent in boys.
