Providenciales, 05 jan 2015 – The legal year officially opens this morning with a ceremony at the Supreme Court; the occasion will not only include an inspection of the guard but it will pay tribute to former Chief Justice Edwin Goldsborough, New Chief Justice Margaret Ramsay Hale is hosting the event at the Myrtle Rigby Courtroom.
