Providenciales, 27 Jan 2015 – Tonight Miss Universe Turks and Caicos arrives and while there was no fanfare when she departed, Shanice Williams is expected to be treated to a regal welcome home… Williams has over the past few weeks surged in popularity and has become a tremendous source of pride and joy of the people of the TCI. Her performance and representation at the Miss Universe pageant held in Doral, Florida since early January is hailed as stellar. Ms. Williams gets home tonight; the Ministry of Tourism is hosting her at the VIP Flyers Lounge at the Provo International Airport.
