Providenciales, 07 Dec 2014 – Magnetic Media received information that this flight was originally Grand Turk bound when it came back to Povo to perform an emergency landing when the nose landing gear would not come down.

Once in Provo, the aircraft circled a first time and low to allow the responders to observe what was happening under the plane.

The back landing gear was working and so the two pilots brought the plane down on the back gear.

No fire. Only sparks we are told and foam was used by the emergency responders.

There were four others on board and no one was hurt.

The emergency landing of the InterCaribbean Airways flight took place a little after 2:30pm today at the Provo Intl Airport.
