TOURISTS TAKING TRASH HOME, CLEAN IT UP TCI
Grand Turk, 27 Nov 2014 – A disturbing video posted to Facebook underscores the need for the country’s cruise Capital, Grand Turk to literally clean up its act. A couple was filmed on a mobile device with what could only be a large garbage bag in hand; as they collected trash from along the roadway in Grand Turk. The man and woman cheerfully express that they feel privileged to be in the TCI, and also share that they are taking back as souvenirs, some of the country’s trash.
