Turks & Caicos Islands – Jury selection made last week saw one juror released from serving, now to 11 to determine the fate of the man accused of the 2013 murder of Damaris Gomez Martinez whose body was found in a box on the side of Millennium Highway by a jogger.
So far a police sergeant has given testimony in the case, surrounding evidence reported to be found linking Howell to the heinous crime and even of a reported confession. Lots of challenges coming from defence attorney Ashwood Forbes… that trial continues in the Provo Supreme Court.
