Constitutional Review Committee Opens Doors

Providenciales – Groups in Providenciales that want to speak to the Constitutional Review Committee one on one are welcomed to according to the Chairman, Daniel Malcolm Senior who last week announced that those meetings can happen this Thursday September 18th at 10am.

The town hall meetings begin tomorrow in Grand Turk… written submissions are welcomed already. Just email: tcicrc2014@gmail.com.

South Caicos – 25th September 2014

Middle Caicos – 1st October 2014

The Committee invites and welcomes written submissions. However please note that the deadline for these submission will be 30th September 2014, these submissions can be emailed to the following email address tcicrc2014@gov.tc, tcicrc2014@gmail.com or drop off to the Office of the House of Assembly, Grand Turk, the Office of the Premier, Hon. Hilly Ewing Building, Providencales or the District Commissioners Office throughout the Islands.
The Committee also welcomes private meetings with Churches, Civic Groups and Associations etc. This arrangement can be made by contacting Mrs. Tracey I. Parker, on 338-3759, 232-1472 or tiparker@gov.tc.
The Committee is required to complete all consultation and to produce a Final Report by November 15th, 2014. It is encouraging all residents to be a part of this important process by availing yourselves of the opportunities available for consultations on the proposed dates.
