Thousands left homeless and more than 10,000 expected dead as the death toll continues to climb following last Friday’s typhoon that severely battered sections of the Philippines.

President of the Filipino Association in the Turks and Caicos, Rizaldy Gregorio is appealing to the entire Turks and Caicos to assist with donations for his countrymen.

Friday’s typhoon will put an even greater strain on the country as it is still recovering from a 7.4 magnitude earthquake which shook it just last month. To make donations to the TCI Filipino Association, you can visit Moneygram Downtown Providenciales or NCS money transfer at the Tropicana Plaza also on Provo or contact 441-3065.
