Again electricity in the news… Residents in the Millennium Heights subdivision are saying they have had enough…
Angered and concerned by strange power surges in the area for some time now the residents say they are fed up with complaining to the authorities. Magnetic Media has been informed of at least five homes which had partial power for part of last night.
Full disclosure, one of the those residents experiencing the situation where part of the house has electricity and other parts do not, is me… I also witnessed a transformer sparking, causing residents to run for cover.
Fortis did send a crew out last night, they say the problem is now rectified, but some residents are adamant that compensation is due for damaged goods.
