No passports able to be produced and the nation is getting an apology and directives from the Ministry of Border Control and Labour.
In a media statement, the office informs that there are technical difficulties, which makes them unable to produce Turks and Caicos Islands passports.
Border Control & Labour says it is working to resolve these issues, and in the meantime the Ministry is urging anyone who must travel for emergency medical reasons before the situation is resolved to contact the registrar at 946-2801-9.
The Ministry apologized for the inconvenience.
