The Leeward Community Council has been formed and the members are Belinda Lightbourne who will serve as Chairman, Bernadette Williams who will serve as Vice Chairman, Kneisha Forbes, Treasurer, Candice Malcolm, Secretary General and Pastor Alvin Harvey is the Council’s Chaplin.
The Council is an effort of the district’s MP, Hon. Akierra Misick who saw it as a way to merge minds and manpower within her constituency.
