Take a look at the broader picture…This is what the Minister of Finance, the Hon. Washington Misick is asking the public to do where taxes are concerned.
In his House of Assembly report yesterday on the first six months of the fiscal year, the minister announced the government will not be withdrawing any taxes and will not be introducing anymore for right now either.
Hon. Misick instead said, in the next few weeks he will be announcing a strategy for growth and empowerment which will include both private and public sector interests. News break will have more on this report in a subsequent newscast.
