TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS, OCTOBER 23, 2013- It’s three the hard way in the Cayman Islands as three of the country’s female leaders are currently attending the CONCAF Sports Summit in Grand Cayman. The summit kicked off yesterday under the theme, “Transformation through Partnership” and is the first of its kind for the federation. The TCI team includes Minster of Education, Youth Sports & Culture, Hon. Akierra Misick, Permanent Secretary for Education, Youth, Sports & Culture, Cheryl-Ann Jones and , FIFA and CFU Executive Committee Member Sonia Fulford Bien-Aime. The summit is aimed at bridging the gap between football associations and government where governments can make more investments in the sport.
