FSC advises companies of new dates for returns

The Financial Services Commission is advising that starting in 2014 all annual returns for companies will now be due on June 30th.

However, companies that will be in their first year of operation are exempted from the June 30 date for 2014, but payment will be due 12 months after the incorporation date.

The FSC is warning that a $350 penalty fee will be payable if renewal fees and annual returns are left unpaid and unfiled after the deadline given. As a result of this change, all billings will now be issued in January also starting in 2014.
